Junior Client Service Executive, -Digital

Position : Client Service Executive/Sr. Client Service Executive

• Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with Clients business goals
• Should be able to manage & be familiar with social media properties (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including daily monitoring, analytics, posting, and content development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed decisions
• Plan and execute digital marketing, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, content marketing, etc.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market
• Must Familiar with Online Reputation Management (ORM Tool)

Required candidate profile:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing is a must
