Customer Support Representative

We are actively hiring for the role of BPO Associate / Senior CCE / Customer Experience/ Customer support Representative.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week
• Required Skills: Excellent communication skills and atleast 3 years experience in International voice process
• No Graveyard Shifts
• Process: International
• Incentives: No targets, attractive performance-based incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers via telephone
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience
• Collect and evaluate all relevant information to manage customer concerns
• Document inquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Keep track of actions taken to address customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction
