• As an Email Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content, segment target audiences, and monitor email performance metrics

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Planning and Execution:Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Create and schedule email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and transactional messages
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulatory requirements, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
• Audience Segmentation:Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences
• Personalize email content and messaging to increase relevance and engagement
• Content Creation:Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging email content
• Optimize email subject lines, copy, images, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for maximum impact
• Email Automation:Set up and manage automated email marketing workflows (eg, welcome series, abandoned cart emails, drip campaigns)
• Continuously refine and improve automation sequences based on performance data
• A/B Testing and Optimization:Conduct A/B tests to optimize email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Use data-driven insights to refine email content, design, and delivery times
• Email Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor key email marketing metrics and generate regular reports on campaign performance
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve email marketing ROI
• List Management:Manage email lists, including list growth, segmentation, and maintenance
• Implement list hygiene practices to reduce bounce rates and improve deliverability
• Email Deliverability:Monitor and maintain high email deliverability rates by managing sender reputation and addressing deliverability issues
