Job Summary:

The web developer and digital tools analyst will primarily focus on keeping .us and .ai up to date. They will also understand the functionality of Salesforce Pardot / now called the Account Engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update website.
• Help with Account Engagement automation and clean up/lists etc.
• Help create and manage (API) connections between platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, Chatbot, etc.)
• Help with SEM search engine marketing and connectivity to setting up Google Ads.
• Manage website CMS activities like page creation/layout, website maintenance, on-page SEO,user experience updates, etc.
• Support SEO strategy by working with content owners to define content, onsite, keyword optimization strategies, etc.
• Migrate newly acquired subsidiaries to our corporate web servers.
• Manage SSL certificate for all and subsidiary websites.
• Manage access control, management, and security for and subsidiary websites and content.
• Manage domains for all and subsidiary domains.
• Manage website privacy maintenance
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize the web hosting server environment and backups to ensure maximum security and uptime.
• Monitor, maintain, organize, and consolidate registrar accounts (domains, DNS, hosting, SSLs) for all properties.
• Help with any other miscellaneous marketing technology-related tasks (very much a jack-of-all-trades and a quick learner).

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• WordPress and Elementor are required
• Account Engagement is required
• Experience in Web Development
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Ability to develop high-quality presentation materials

Preferred qualifications, skills and experience:

• Google Analytics is preferred
• GoDaddy is preferred
