Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide the design team, ensuring high-quality visual design and user interface consistency across all projects.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop and implement design systems, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and scalability across multiple platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, ensuring the user experience remains intuitive and seamless.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and skill development within the design team.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into the design process to keep the product competitive and innovative.
