Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Media Head to lead our digital strategies, drive brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, email marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Optimize marketing funnels to drive lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
2. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, and more).
- Drive social media advertising campaigns and analyze performance.
3. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor key KPIs, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to track and improve marketing efforts.
4. Media & Branding Strategy
- Develop and execute media planning, PR, and brand partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with media agencies for ad placements and campaigns.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers.
- Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and performance marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
