Job Description
- Talent Recruitment and Management
Oversee and manage the entire recruitment, selection and onboarding process.
Implement performance management systems that align with organisational objectives and foster high performance and employee development. - Training and Development
Identify skill gaps and organisational development needs, setting up training programmes to address these.
Develop talent management strategies that focus on capacity building within the organisation.
Promote leadership development and succession planning to ensure the organisation has strong future leadership. - Employee Relations and Engagement
Ensure internal communications within the organisation so that all employees feel heard.
Create processes for rewards and recognitions to celebrate wins (beyond promotions). - Technology and Innovation
Leverage technology to improve HR functions such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
Promote the use of innovative HR tools and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Internship and Volunteer Programme
Streamline the internship programme at WELL, ensuring onboarding, compliance and exit
Track the community of WELL Labs intern alums. - Compliance and Risk Management
Keeps the organisation updated on any changes in labour laws, office laws and implements necessary changes in HR policies and practices.
Qualifications, Experience and Eligibility
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA in a related field is an added advantage.
- Proven working experience of minimum 5 years as an HR professional or related experience.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of standard corporate HR policies and procedures.
