PlC Programmer

Role & responsibilities
- PLC programming on- Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta PLC
- HMI programming- Proface, Mitsubishi
- Understanding the customer process, automation requirements in detail
- Prepare Electrical diagram for PLC & HMI Panel
- BOM cost estimation,
- Trails & commissioning of Machine/Fixture
- DAP review with customer

Preferred candidate profile:
- Hands on experience in SPM/ factory automation industry
- Understanding of pneumatic circuit diagram & its components
- Basic knowledge of sensing technologies line proximity, laser, photo sensor, LVDT, color sensors, micro switches, reed switches etc
- Rotary motion technology like electrical motor, stepper motors & servo motors, gearboxes, pulleys, sprockets, keys & keyways, timer belts etc
- Linear motion technologies line LM guide rails & blocks, Linear bearings & bushes, Ball screws & lead screws, shaft couplings etc.
- Should have control over drawing change management system and effective communication with manufacturing staff in case of any changes.
- Hands on experience in Trouble shooting of Machines in-house as well as at customer's site.
