We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Travel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales and calls to leads generated from our website, assisting clients who have expressed a desire to travel with Wayfind Trip Pvt Ltd. This role is crucial in converting leads into satisfied customers by providing excellent travel advice and support.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to leads generated from the company website.
- Provide comprehensive information about travel packages, destinations, and services offered by Wayfind Trip Pvt Ltd.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Customize travel packages to meet the specific requirements of each client.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Follow up with leads to provide additional information and answer any questions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Bachelor Degree in any stream (Preferred: tourism)
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, especially the Andaman Islands.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
