For example, our apps take advantage of augmented reality, computer vision-assisted product search using the device s camera, and machine learning to create personalized experiences and improve the speed of the app.

The App Welcome team charter is to provide fast, reliable, scalable solutions of onboarding customers within the wayfair ecosystem, and provide the necessary platform services that will authenticate, notify, and differentiate their experiences based upon their needs. We are looking for a driven leader who is passionate about releasing high-quality software and platform services, and empowering our users to have an excellent shopping experience throughout our native apps. The ideal candidate has experience in native app development (iOS or Android), and a proven track record of managing stakeholders and external partners. This person will leverage their breadth of knowledge in these areas to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team that delivers features for Wayfair shoppers and platform services to our distributed engineering teams.
