The Commercial IT Product Owner (International Markets) is strategic tech partner to business, accountable for strategy, delivery & innovation of Omnichannel Commercial IT solutions and capabilities that enables and supports Teva business strategy within the Digital Commercial function of Europe and International Markets (basically whole world except USA). Executed by:
Liasoning with markets Customer Data Platform & Customer 360 admins, understanding their needs and being tech partner & advisor to them
Productizing & owning Customer Data Platform & Customer 360 solutions & roadmap for EU-IM in line with business strategy and global tech strategy, ensuring priorities & investments are set effectively.
Maintaining close partnership and collaboration with other IT units, viz. Local IT SHM, Global MCM IT, Architecture IT etc
Project management & governance of Omnichannel Commercial solutions demand, deployment and adoption in EU & IM markets.
How you'll spend your day
Liasoning with key market operation SPoCs & tech leads regarding their omnichannel, Customer Data Platform & Customer 360 needs
Defining features & functionalities in line with Omnichannel products/solutions architecture & capabilities
Understanding business needs, processes and priorities of key markets and bring tech-innovations from within & outside (industry) for business value delivery
Developing and managing the product functionalities and be accountable for on-time & quality delivery of new enhancements in Omnichannel space (including coordinating with PO of individual channel)
Be the go-to knowledge partner & advisor to Omnichannel community in business/markets & local IT SHMs
Ensure standardization of applications by promoting shared processes, product governance, data harmonization and architectural compliance where possible.
Continuous improvement & optimization
Aligning with other functional area leads and regional leads as we'll as Services & Support and Infrastructure teams to ensure consistency in key areas of service and delivery
Your experience and qualifications
Academic background: minimum bachelor s degree in (preferably in Computers) or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Preferably 5+ years experience within IT industry with 2+ years in relevant tech (Salesforce marketing Cloud, Veeva, Customer Data Platform & Customer 360)
Up to date in current omnichannel IT trends & developments in Pharma industry
Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform, Customer 360 and associated solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-driven and strong bias for action
Ability to identify strategic solutions to business problems
Ability to understand pharma sales/field business process & operations
Ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities and stakeholders while meeting deadlines
