Job Location Marine Lines, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business expansion, Planning & Forecasting, Budgeting, Merchandising
• Sales planning
• Retail, business Development & leasing
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Find new locations for New Store Openings.
• Finalizing the Agreements in discussion with the Management
• Maintain the profitability of the existing stores and upcoming new stores.
• Maintain the SOPs and Operations being followed by existing stores
• Creating a process to ensure trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Mentor the team members and train them
• Team Management
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI & KPIs

Requirements:

• Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency.
• Skilled in luxury goods.
• From Retail background
• High level of self-confidence, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience required 10 to 15 years of brand handling with expansion
