Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)Reports to: RSMJob Summary: Primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation, develop dealership networks, and provide comprehensive support to dealerships within your assigned area. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering strong dealer relationships, and facilitating sales growth. Your focus will be on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting dealerships to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

  1. Utilize sales and business development metrics to drive strategy and achieve sales targets in the Electric Two-Wheeler market.
  2. Cultivate and leverage existing contacts with Dealers and Distributors within the industry to expand market reach.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding the sales team.
  4. Identify and onboard new Dealers and Distributors, fostering high-level relationships to drive business growth.
  5. Devise and execute marketing strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  6. Expand sales and distribution channels for both new and existing product portfolios.
  7. Achieve predetermined sales targets set by the company.
  8. Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, events, and referrals to generate high-quality leads for dealerships.
  9. Drive Dealer Development initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new dealership partners.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealerships, providing guidance, support, and training as required.

Provide comprehensive sales support to dealerships, including addressing inquiries, facilitating transactions, and overcoming objections.

  1. Organize training sessions for dealership staff to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  2. Implement effective lead management processes to track, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
  3. Ensure dealership compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:-
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Previous experience in lead generation, dealer development, or sales support in the automotive industry preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.


Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
