Job Description:

• Supervise and lead a team of floor employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Organize and oversee daily operations on the floor to maximize efficiency.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on team members' skills and workload.
• Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify that products or services meet established criteria.
• Address and resolve issues or conflicts among team members promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges.
• Implement and track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety briefings, training sessions, and drills.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and changes in procedures to the team.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and floor staff, facilitating effective communication.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage and control inventory levels on the floor.
• Report any discrepancies and work towards resolution.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of equipment and machinery on the floor.
• Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Requirement -

• Must have experience of warehousing and supply chain
• Good understanding about warehouse operations

Education: Higher Secondary or equivalent
