Role Overview – As a Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in the field of marketing and advertising .He will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects. From concept to execution, the Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities

Design Creation

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials (like flyers , brochure , posters , profiles , catalogues , etc ) , offline activities designs starting from taking brief to conceptualise and design ( activities like hoardings , print , shelters , designs for events & exhibitions , store branding designs , hospital branding designs etc) and online activities ( designs for digital , web pages , social media promotions , etc ).

Conceptualization

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Present design concepts and ideas to the team and key stakeholders.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure consistency in design elements across different platforms to maintain brand identity.
• Adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to the development or refinement of such guidelines.

Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Work closely with printers and other vendors to oversee production and ensure the final product meets specifications.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and developers, to integrate design elements into cohesive projects.

Requirements

Education, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).
• Any added skills of video creation/editing will be preferred video editing/ 3DS /Max/Premier Pro/ Filmora will be preferred
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
