Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team
  • The BDE will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in international markets through effective communication, negotiation, and new business development
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in software services sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
  • Identify and qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs and budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish trust and credibility
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients with a focus on effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Attend international trade shows, conferences, and events to network and build relationships with potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management
  • Develop new business opportunities through innovative and strategic approaches

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in software services sales, preferably in international markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record in new business development
