STAFF, SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

• You will work with software engineers & architects, program managers, external teams, and partners in an agile manner to build and release product features that caters to business requirements.
• Use your knowledge of applicable UI technology stacks and backend platforms to automate application flow and services.
• You ll work to design and architect solutions to remove performance impacting barriers and increasing efficiency of our automation operations.
• You will be building services, tools, portals, backend REST APIs and Integrating with Rest APIs and apply your knowledge as part of your solutions.
• Create proof of concepts, prototyping and experimentation.
• You will professionally maintain all codes and create updates regularly to address the customer s and company s concerns
• You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance.
• Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment.
• Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information, you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work
• You will also be required to seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness.
• You will support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications

• Bachelor s/Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Experience of 10+ years in JAVA and related technologies.
• As a full stack engineer, experience in building scalable, resilient, secure enterprise services application platforms.
• Working experience in programming language such as React, JavaScript and frameworks/libraries such Node, React, Java, Spring-boot framework, SQL , NoSQL databases etc.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Experience working in Agile Methodology
• Experience using CI/CD, tools for logging and metrics
• Working experience in scaling solutions and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages or technologies
• Flexibility in adopting to new areas of work, domain and technical competencies.
• Awareness about cloud domain, security services etc..
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years experience in software engineering or related area.Option 2: 6 years experience in software engineering or related area.
