What youll do :

• Through this role you have an opportunity to design and develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company.

• You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and client requirements for the software.

• In this role it would be important for you to professionally maintain all codes, best practices and create updates regularly to address the customer s and company s concerns

• You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance

• You will be required to review design and code, provide technical solutions to team for complex requirements

• Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment.

• Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information , you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work

• You will also be required to seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness.

• You will be called upon to support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications

What youll bring:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor s/ Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

• Minimum 6 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java, Spring boot, mic r oservices, front end technologies

• Good understanding of Data Structures

• 4 years of experience in systems design, algorithms, and distributed systems.

Additional Qualifications:

• Have programming experience preferably in the HR / retail / ecommerce industry.

• GraphQL Kafka knowledge would be an added advantage

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS

• Experience working in Agile Methodology

• Experience using CI/CD, tools for logging and metrics

• A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools.

• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms

• Exposure to information retrieval, statistics, and machine learning.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
