STAFF, TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Summary... Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. • Interacts with key Business Stakeholders, Engineering/Product Leaders, and Executive sponsors.
• Builds roadmaps and leads the development of complex programs.
• Supports annual and quarterly program iteration planning
• Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives.
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.
• Develops Agile/Scrum best practice to enhance the collaboration among scrum teams in the organization
• Headcount & budget tracking

• An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS/PhD in any stream - Computer Science preferred.
• 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or technical program management in a software applications environment
• Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.
• Strong project management & cross - group collaboration skills.
• Prior experience with agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of the current web technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep
• Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities with innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Minimum Qualifications... Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area. Option 2: 7 years experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
