Job Description:

• Program Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, providing regular status updates.
• Agile & Scrum Management: Implement Agile methodologies, track progress, and manage dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  Understanding of custom application development
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, providing regular status updates.
  Plan, execute and deliver HR Technology projects.
• Understanding on HR Processes (Hiring, Scheduling, Time Tracking, Offboarding, Workforce Management)
• Partner with HR, business leaders and engineering to define a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
• Understanding of Analytical Tools (e.g., BI Publisher)
• Implementing technologies that enhance efficiency and have understanding of modules like time tracking, scheduling tools.
