Product Assistance

Role & responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Remove team impediments and ensure smooth project progress.
• Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-2 years of experience good to have as a Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Trello).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
