your primary responsibility is to drive sales within a designated geographical area. You will be a key player in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and market trends within the assigned territory. Analyze competitors' activities and provide insights to develop effective sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns. New Business Development: Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for lead generation. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services to prospects. Address customer inquiries and objections effectively. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets within the designated territory. Develop and implement action plans to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and achievements. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach. Collaborate with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities. Training and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide training to customers on product usage and benefits. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts as required.
