Export Documentation Executive - Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-export shipment documentation, including export invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary documents for exports (e.g., commercial invoice, certificate of origin).
  
• Ensure timely submission of all required documents to clients or freight forwarders.
  
• Monitor shipments from loading to delivery, tracking progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
  
• Maintain accurate records of exports, including documentation and financial transactions.
