Senior Actuary Professional

As the Senior Actuary, you will be leading the pricing and product development initiatives for the India LifeHealth team, contributing to the development and profitability of our business in India.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess quotation requests pertaining to different type of risks including Mortality, PA, Critical Illness, Health, etc
• Develop and modify pricing basis based on internal experience andor external data so as to propose appropriate offerings to clients
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across regions to optimize the pricing offerings and maintain adequate risk management
• Research and price newly developed products and risks
• Regular monitoring of the experienceperformance of the business
• Participate in regional and international initiatives, marketing activities, projects and seminars via presentations

Your Profile

A qualified Actuary

At least 12 years of prior work experience in life insurance or reinsurance industry and with good knowledge of the Indian market

Strong professional with established track record in the Indian insurance industry

Solid actuarial knowledge with product pricing background

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English, both spoken and written

Able to work independently as we'll as a strong team player
