Role & responsibilities

• Content Development: Research, write, and edit white papers, case studies, blogs, and landing pages focused on salon and spa management, customer success stories, and industry trends.
• SEO Best Practices: Create SEO-optimized content to improve organic visibility and website rankings. Use strategic keywords, meta descriptions, and link-building techniques.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop compelling content that aligns with the brand voice and business goals.
• Customer Success Stories: Interview customers to craft engaging case studies that highlight MioSalons impact on their business.
• White Papers and Reports: Research and produce thought leadership materials that showcase MioSalon as a trusted expert in the beauty and wellness software industry.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with campaigns and product launches.

Qualification

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven experience of 2+ years in writing white papers, case studies, and SEO-optimized web content.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Ability to write for a SaaS audience with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic understanding of the salon and spa industry or willingness to learn.
• Strong research skills to create data-driven, credible, and insightful content.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
