Product Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

• Must have 10+ yrs of Experience in which at least 6+ yrs of Exp in Blockchain Product Manager and Responsible for the overall planning, design, promotion, and management of DeFi or blockchain products, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
• Deep understanding of Blockchain Technology, Smart Contracts, Decentralized applications (dApps), Crypto, Web3 & Tokenimics,
• Understand user needs within the DeFi/blockchain space, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
• Align product strategy with overall company goals and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
• User-Centric Design: Create an intuitive and user-friendly interface for both novice and experienced users, making it easy to navigate, trade, and manage digital assets. An example is implementing clear onboarding tutorials and simple navigation menus.
• Security Prioritization: Implement top-notch security measures to protect users assets and personal information from cyber threats. Regularly update the platforms security protocols to address new vulnerabilities. For instance, using multi-factor authentication (MFA) and end-to-end encryption can enhance user security.
• Work closely with the development team to resolve any issues during product development to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor market performance of the DeFi/blockchain products, conduct product optimization.
• Regularly report on product performance and propose product improvement strategies.
• Analyze competitor products and tokenomics models to inform product development.
• Design and implement token economics (tokenomics) models that define the creation, distribution, and utility of tokens in the ecosystem.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Determine critical attributes of the token, including supply mechanics, use cases, and incentives to engage users and promote network activity.
• Create incentive structures to encourage user participation, retention, and growth.
• Monitor and adjust tokenomics based on community feedback, market dynamics, and usage patterns
• Ensure that token and product designs comply with local and international regulations, including securities laws and anti-money laundering guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal teams to navigate the regulatory landscape of cryptocurrencies.
• Define and manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features and functionality based on user needs and business objectives
• Advocate for the end-user by designing intuitive UI/UX for blockchain products, ensuring the token's utility is easy to understand and engage with.
• Collect user feedback and iterate on product design to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to token usage, market performance, community engagement, and overall product success.
• Foster relationships with the community of token holders, developers, and influencers to build a loyal user base.
• Host events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) to promote understanding of the product and tokenomics.
• Prepare and present updates, reports, and promotional material to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering trust.
• Write blog posts, whitepapers, and other documentation to explain the product, tokenomics, and market positioning clearly.
• Establish mechanisms for gathering user feedback and conducting surveys to inform product iteration.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain technology, tokenomics, and cryptocurrency to drive innovation.
