Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Government Engagement Support: - Support Senior Client Partners: Assist Digital Transformation Client Partners in building and maintaining relationships with government officials and stakeholders. - Meeting Preparation: Help prepare materials and documentation for meetings with government clients, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
2. Opportunity Identification: - Research and Analysis: Conduct research on government policies, industry trends, and emerging technologies to contribute to the identification of digital transformation opportunities. - Data Collection: Gather relevant data and information to support proposal development and decision-making.
3. Proposal Development: - Assist in Proposal Creation: Collaborate with Client Partners to draft project proposals, including researching and documenting relevant data and information. - Documentation: Ensure that all proposal documents are well-organized and up to date.
4. Relationship Management: - Client Communications: Communicate with government clients as directed, providing updates, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries. - Meeting Follow-ups: Assist in follow-up actions and communications after client meetings, ensuring that commitments are met.
5. Business Acumen: - Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry news, technological advancements, and government policies that may impact project proposals and client engagements. - Financial Understanding: Support in financial aspects of project proposals, such as budgeting and cost analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience (8+ years) in a support role, client-facing or research-oriented roles are a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
- Eagerness to learn about government processes, technology trends, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
