We are searching for an HR Recruiter with 2-4 years exp. Who will execute recruiting strategies and complete full-life cycle recruiting tasks. The HR Recruiter represents the organization to applicants, onboarding employees, community recruiting sources, and internal hiring team s across all locations. The HR Recruiter will lead all aspects of recruiting within the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of recruiting for all open positions.
Represent the Company in a professional and friendly manner to all potential applicants, new employees, and internal hiring team s.
Create, update, and manage job vacancy postings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and fill openings quickly and efficiently.
Proactively create a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions.
Pre-screen candidates for required credentialing to ensure the experience is appropriate.
Maintain organized recordkeeping and complete administrative duties regarding recruiting.
Ensure completion of credentialing, background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screenings.
Distribute and ensure completion of all new hire required documentation.
Complete and finalize I-9 documents within prescribed timeframes.
Create and implement hiring strategies and plans for long-term hiring.
Define and create recruiting documentation and participate in recruiting fairs.
Additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor s degree in human resources development, Personnel, Office Management, or related field
Have two plus (2+) years of experience performing the full range of recruiting from management advisory, creating job postings and assessment criteria, screening candidate qualifications, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
A valid State Driver s License.
Current automobile insurance and the ability to travel to individuals when necessary.
