- Looking for a candidate for Data Business Analyst role with Strong expertise in private equity, investment banking, and syndicate lending. Along with experience in data mapping, ETL processes, and business analysis.

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed data requirements, identifying data transformation needs to align with business objectives and industry standards.

- Able to collaborate closely with technology and business teams to map, analyze, and transform data that drives business decisions and supports operational needs.

- This resource should be well versed in functional domain knowledge around loan servicing in private equity and syndicate lending space.

- Translate the business requirements to the tech / IT team for ETL build.

- Technical expertise to perform data mapping and reverse engineering of SQL code in the back end.

- Work closely with IT and business teams to bridge the gap between data sources, business rules, and system requirements, ensuring that data is available for operational and strategic use.

- Able to efficiently reverse engineer the SQL code and document the transformation logic of the current state process.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, querying, and troubleshooting.

- Solid experience working with data transformation and migration projects in financial services and asset management platform preferred.

- Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience with data integration platforms

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and explaining data processes to both technical and business teams.
