Senior Associate - Operations (Cash App) I ANZ Shift

This role is for Senior Associate. Candidate should be comfortable with ANZ Shift (Australia- New Zealand)- 3:30 am - 12:30 pm

Functional knowledge:

a) Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to order to cash process.

b) Able to handle tasks allocated (Collections/Cash Application) independently as per the specific client process and ensures compliance in terms TAT and accuracy

Collectors: a) Voice calling b) Dispute Management c) Customers account Reconciliation

d) Knowledge of DSO/SOA

Cash Applicators: a) Cash Application b) Account reconciliation c) Dispute Management d) Voice Calling (not mandatory) e) Dr and Cr clarity f) Basic accounting knowledge g) SAP knowledge preferred
