Senior Software Test Engineer - API Testing (2-5 yrs)

- We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, and Appium.

- The role involves testing Restful Web Services, understanding HTTP protocols, and using tools like Postman.

- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, is a plus.

- You'll work in an Agile environment, define test strategies, and ensure software quality through automation, documentation, and continuous integration practices.

- Strong knowledge of web applications and test-driven development is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong knowledge of and minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Appium, etc.

- Experience with Restful Web Services.

- Understanding of HTTP Protocol (Able to craft http requests using tools like Poster, Postman etc).

- Experience with cloud technologies, cloud services, SaaS.

- Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus (Configure and Manage Servers, Load Balancer, Create basic.

- Environment for QA testing).

- Working Knowledge of Web Applications.

- Validate, test, and document test results for all software products.

- Provide status and metrics of current activities for the purpose of tracking and reporting project information.

- Help define, implement, and assure the overall quality test methodology, test strategy and release criteria of all products.

- Experience working in an Agile, test-driven development environment.

- Experience with multiple programming languages and test automation technologies.

- Experience implementing continuous integration models.

Skills and Qualification :

- Overall, 2 to 4 years of experience in QA.

- Strong Testing Fundamentals.

- Good Knowledge in Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure, etc.

- Good communication skills.
