Job Description
This role will have the opportunity to lead the automobile finance in next 5 years .
Qualification :B. Com (M.com/CA Qualified / inter preferred)
Experience : Min 5 years working in a Middle level position
Compensation : Min 5 lacs Max 8 lacs
Company Background: Preferably work experience in automobile industry Vehicle Sales and Service
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of all ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entries
- Exposure in service division activities GP on spares and Warranty division
- Administer the general accounting processes with other group companies which includes fixed assets accounts and provide financial reports
- Reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers
- Exposure in claims sales and activity claims
- Preparation and making timely payment of taxes
- Co ordinate with statutory auditors to finalize Balance Sheet, Schedules, Segment Report and Tax audit
- To Co ordinate with team members
- To clear the Bankers and NBF companies queries
- Ensure all process controls are in place, including receivable & payable management
- Define and execute required corporate MIS statements and operational reports
- Oversee and ensure accurate monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements and year-end financial reports
- Ensure compliance and oversee the preparation and filing all statutory payments and returns
- Oversee receivable and payable management and finalization of accounts
