Job Summary:
As a Manager - Operations , you will be responsible for maintaining SLAs, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality output under stringent deadlines. You will oversee large-scale website production operations, drive SLA adherence, and collaborate with global clients, particularly in the US. You should have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/presentations for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of 50-100 members to achieve operational goals.
Ensure error-free and timely execution of projects, meeting SLAs without compromising quality.
Optimize processes, adopt efficient strategies , and drive continuous improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with global clients, addressing concerns and resolving escalations efficiently.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly client calls to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
People & Performance Management:
Motivate, mentor, and engage teams to maintain high morale and productivity.
Conduct performance reviews , provide feedback, and manage appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires to align with business needs.
Process Optimization & SLA Adherence:
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.
Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance, analyzing trends, and optimizing workflows.
Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of managing 50-100 members in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication skills and hands on experience on stakeholder management and client interaction
Strong analytical mindset , leveraging data to drive operational improvements.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, automation, and process tracking. Hands on experience on any project management tool like JIRA.
Flexible to work in a global environment , handling clients across time zones.
Experience in handling SLAs & high-volume production environments.
Ability to conduct team-building activities and maintain a motivated workforce.
