Facilitate communication between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure alignment on customer requirements and project timelines.
Collaborate with marketing to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, distributors, and partners, to support sales initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales operations.
Recommend and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the solar energy industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of solar energy technologies, products, and industry trends is desirable.
