About the Team

The RPA Developer and Support team specializes in designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business operations. They work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze workflows, and implement innovative RPA strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. The team ensures seamless deployment, provides ongoing support, and promptly resolves any system issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading tools.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize automated workflows for performance improvements.
• Provide timely support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation for RPA workflows and changes.
• Generate reports on RPA performance and its impact on business operations.
• Work with stakeholders to align automation solutions with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry automation standards.
