- Lead the performance testing efforts for software applications using NeoLoad, from test planning to test execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to understand performance requirements and define test objectives.
- Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad based on performance requirements and application architecture.
- Execute performance tests, monitor system behavior, and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and areas for optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues, work closely with development teams to resolve them, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Define and implement performance test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure effective and efficient testing processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing tools, methodologies, and technologies, and proactively introduce relevant improvements to enhance testing capabilities.
