Product Data Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities. (Most jobs will have between 5 and 10 duties.)

Include all important aspects of the job, but focus on those duties which occupy 10% or more of the time (unless the duty is essential to the position.) For non-exempt positions, list the duties in order of importance and the % of time spent on each duty.

• Assists Product Managers in the development, implementation, and management of new and existing programs.
• Utilizes Vendor and Product Manager provided data, images, attributes, marketing content in order setup new item programs.
• Creates, maintains, and corrects item and product data for accuracy and efficiency in the
• Product Information Management System and coordinates SAP required changes.
• Data and other collateral collection required based on program type or need.
• Cross functional collaboration and communication to optimize process workflows and improve or correct new and existing data.
• Works with purchasing and warehouse teams to correct item- to-vendor receiving and purchasing information records.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• List any specialized knowledge or skills required on a regular basis to perform the essential duties of this position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• PC literacy Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, Stibo PIM, Power BI, Ad-Hoc report writing experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and organizational aptitude required.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to change.

Bachelor degree preferred (e.g. Business Administration), or 2 - 5 years equivalent

experience. Product Marketing or Sourcing experience a plus.
