Freelance Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Freelance Recruiter to assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various positions across industries. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying client requirements to making job offers. You should be adept at working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, in-house databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct thorough screening of candidates, including telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews.
• Shortlist and present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a strong match with the job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain clear communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry-specific talent pools.
• Ensure recruitment best practices are followed, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in freelance recruitment or as a recruitment consultant.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit accurately.
• Knowledge of various industries and roles to meet diverse client needs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
