Handling the supervisors and manpower deployed below the supervisors Production Entries awareness as well as have handled the different SKU related to packing material as well as Raw materials Working Knowledge of Excel, Word and ERP Handled multiple factories and stock kept at multiple go downs Knowledge of FIFO as well as management of stocks Predict the procurement depending upon the Inventory Knowledge of ABC analysis Awareness of weight loss as well as pilferage in godowns and action plan on the same Ensuring that production does not get hampered due to stock out Knowledge of Reorder level as well Minimum and Maximum level of stock Ensuring that stock gets dispatched to the subsidiaries factories on time Knowledge of stock audit and ensuring that it gets audited on time Effective utilization of Space for Inventory  Action plan on old Inventory and ensuring that we take the corrective action plan on the same Action plan on scrap Inventory as well as plan to get the same sold through different means Minimizing the stock loss as well as weight loss due to any means Role & responsibilities
