L2 Engineer

L2 Min 5 Years of Experience Red Hat RHEL and any one of the products either caching or event streaming or EDB Postgres along with Basic Knowledge of Linux OS, any certification in the relevant expertise area

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems.
2. Manage system performance, resource utilization, and system logs.
3. Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure systems are secure and running optimally.
4. Monitor servers and services to ensure 24/7 availability.
5. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
6. Perform root cause analysis for system failures, service interruptions, or performance issues.
7. Provide technical support for Linux-based systems and end-users.
