MIS Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Officer to manage and streamline the companys Management Information System (MIS).

Someone that has a strong understanding on product-level and business centre-level costing: both calculating and maintaining it on SAP and providing the MIS to the management. Also, a good understanding of FP&A/Cash Flow Management and Production-related reports.

Experience & Skills:

• MBA/M-Comm/CA (or similar) at a Tier 1 university. CA Inter or CMA Inter can also be considered.
• Excellent Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace Needed
• Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• Strong Communication in English and Hindi
• Strong Follow Up Skills (youre going to be working in a SME manufacturing company after all)
• Self-Learner and ready to hit the ground running.
• 3-4 years of experience in an MIS or similar role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL or Oracle.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• System Development and Maintenance:
• Manage and maintain the companys MIS infrastructure, ensuring it is up-to-date and functional.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance MIS capabilities and troubleshoot system issues.
• Develop and implement processes for efficient data collection and reporting.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing MIS processes and recommend improvements.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve reporting accuracy and save time.

Timing: 10:00AM-6:30pm. Monday-Saturday

Reporting: You will be reporting directly to the Directors of the Company
