MIS Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making by managing, analyzing, and reporting on key operational metrics. You will collaborate closely with sales and service teams to optimize processes and ensure high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, operations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced Excel skills
• Design and manage databases to support data analysis and reporting.
• Create visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint to present insights effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and implement measures to improve reporting efficiency.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and process optimization initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (formulas, dashboards) and PowerPoint, and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and logical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to implement feedback effectively.

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on data analysis and reporting.

Education

• Graduate (10+2+3 or equivalent).

Salary

• 3-4 Lacs P.A.

Working Hours

• 11.00 am to 8.00 pm Mon-Fri
• 11.00 am to 3.30 pm Sat
