Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Designer with expertise in S4/HANA & C4/HANA to design, implement, and optimize integrated business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and functional skills to enhance and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and improve the client's online platform.

- Research and implement new technology solutions following best practices.

- Ensure resiliency and availability of different products.

- Act as a Techno-Functional or Functional Design Consultant for CRM solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Implement and configure S4/HANA & C4/HANA modules based on business needs.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.

- Conduct system testing to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

- Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Expertise in S4/HANA & C4/HANA with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.

- Strong proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, and related technologies.

- Experience or knowledge of BRIM.

- Exposure to IS-Utilities and/or IS-Telco industries.

- Deep understanding of business processes and functional areas.

- Experience with integration tools and middleware.

- Strong skills in functional design and stakeholder management.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Certifications in S4/HANA and/or C4/HANA (preferred.)
