Terms of Reference (TOR) for B2B IT Sales Professional

Company: VRAC Global Services Pvt Ltd

Job Title: B2B IT Sales Professional

Reports To: Sales Manager (or relevant position)

1. Job Summary

VRAC Global Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and young professional with a strong aptitude for B2B sales in the IT sector. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by securing new clients and projects within the Education and Corporate industries.

2. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy targeting Education and Corporate clients for VRAC's IT solutions.
  • Prepare action plans for the various teams for a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with the Marketing team so that effective team execution and objective of walk-ins and closures for the site is achieved.
  • Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing Advertising services to increase the market share of promising designs.
  • Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.
  • School acquisition -Reaching out to prospective schools through various lead sources like references, channel etc building a pipeline and signing them up.
  • Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met.
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products with the company resolving customers' queries within agreed authority.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of VRAC's IT solutions in a B2B context.
  • Negotiate and close complex B2B sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing, terms, and contract structures.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking progress and qualifying leads.
  • Hands on experience on social media marketing.

3. Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales of IT products, preferably within the Education and/or Corporate sectors.
  • A demonstrably successful track record of achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with C-level executives, managers, and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in B2B contract negotiation.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Understanding of IT budgeting and procurement processes within Education and Corporate sectors (advantageous).
