Mobile Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for iOS and Android applications using Appium.
• Design, build, and enhance robust automation frameworks for mobile app testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to identify testing needs and ensure optimal test coverage.
• Execute, analyze, and report results of automated test scripts.
• Identify and log defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Continuously improve test scripts and frameworks for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest mobile automation tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4 to 10 years in test automation, with significant focus on mobile apps ( iOS and Android )
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in automating iOS and Android apps using Appium.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java.
• Experience in designing and building test automation frameworks.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for integrating automated tests.
• Experience with other automation tools (Espresso, Playright or Cypress) or programming languages is a plus.
