Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and optimize lead generation. You will craft personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Content and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), while creating engaging content to attract and convert prospects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

- Execute cold email strategies, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM tactics to engage target accounts.

- Create and manage content for blogs, social media, and email to nurture leads through TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.

- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing and revenue goals.

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversions and marketing ROI.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, inbound marketing, or a related field.

- Expertise in email marketing automation, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM.

- Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.

- Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, GA4, and website analytics platforms.

- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
