Reports to Functional Head.

Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement

Ensure prompt and effective communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any logistics-related queries

Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

to monitor order processing and dispatch procedures.

Utilize analytical tools and methodologies for root cause analysis of logistics issues or customer complaints
