Senior Supervisor Accountant - Account Receivable

Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise


Plan and execute knowledge transfer from onshore to offshore


Design & document end to end of process knowledge, procedures, and controls


Build/design activity/tasks checklist for all the in-scope activities/tasks


Perform review of daily activities such as master maintenance, credit applications,
collection calls, cash applications, quality assurance audits, escalations management,
customer query management, ageing analysis and reporting, month end activities, etc

Plan work allocation and back up creation for all the team members


Ensure month end checklist is updated and reported on timely manner


Define goals for all the team members in line with the organization goals and objectives


Ensure metrics driven service quality by maintaining process metrics/dashboards


Perform quarterly review and development meetings for self and team


Ensure training plan for self and team basis the quarterly performance review meetings


Prepare talent card for self and team basis the quarterly review meetings


Perform review of month end activities such as ageing analysis, provisions, bad debts
analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, BS review items, FX rates, Setup new month, etc

Support SOX, Internal and External audit process


Review data from the AR ledger/system, unit reports and various financial systems to
ensure accuracy


Maintain knowledge of Vontier accounting and regulatory reporting policies


Understand and ensure compliance and risk management policies


Perform ongoing financial control functions in accordance with internal controls policies


Prepare flux analysis and comments


Help in preparing quarterly, half yearly and annual schedules


Maintain clear escalation matrix and adhere to the protocols


Maintain a detailed opportunities/issues log to capture all service quality issues, noticed
either by self-audit/review or in the form of escalations from business stakeholders

Key Qualifications/Requirements
Commerce graduate/CA/CWA-Inter with reputed university


8+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or risk Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, Education


People leadership and Subject Matter Expertise is a must with proven track record of thought leadership and an appetite for process transformation
