As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be part of a global team, collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, core team members, and several members of the leadership team, in the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform for the Volvo Group. You will work in an environment focused on cross-functionality, inclusion, value creation and innovation, promoting an agile mindset and ways of working, with our internal network of employees and external partners, across all areas of the Volvo Group.
Your responsibilities:
As a Senior resource, you will be responsible for high quality deliverables.
- Work closely with Solution lead, Business analyst, Solution architect and technical team for deliverables
- Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations.
- Be result oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality.
- Understand functional requirement and implement technical solution (along with relevant documentation) that will meet functional requirement.
- Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.
- Ensure that there are complete unit tests for every component or task.
- Review code and ensure it confirms to standards.
- Ensure project is complete according to written specifications.
- Follow the Product best practices while developing the solution.
- Ensure that solution is scalable for high performance scenarios.
You are a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM developer (6+ years) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions. You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills to make positive impact within the team.
Required Competencies:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages like C#
- Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE
- Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
- Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
- Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Configuration, Customization, Development Integration
- Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (Good to Have)
- Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Experience in Power Platform native components and Software Delivery.
- Experience on Azure components (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service bus, Azure API Management, etc.,)
- Knowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologies
- Ability to work in a team effectively.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
