Job Description

Collaborate with business users to understand procurement requirements and document functional and technical specifications.

Support workshops and solution demonstrations to gather feedback.

Assist in developing technical solutions (e.g., custom reports, workflows, interfaces) using SAP technologies.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions within the S/4HANA procurement environment.

Support system upgrades, patches, and process improvements.

Work on integrations between S/4HANA and other systems like SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, or non-SAP systems (Maximo).

Create process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Support end-user training and adoption of new processes and solutions.

Do you fit the profile. Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering. 2 to 5 yearsexperience in SAP P2P with 1+ end-to-end implementation of SRM or S/4HANA SSP.

Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically the Sourcing and Procurement modules (MM, SRM, or Ariba).

Familiarity with procurement processes P2P (Procure-to-Pay), requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoicing.

Good understanding of procurement processes in strategic sourcing, operational procurement, category management, supplier management, etc Good knowledge of creating FS/TS, Blueprints. S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification preferred.

Outstanding English verbal communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.

Adaptive to change and comfortable in a fast-changing technology environment.

Having worked in Agile setup would be an advantage.
